The restaurant is an old Spanish style country house "Venta la Morena" from the 17th century which has been converted into a nice rustic restaurant. 

The plot is 1400 m2 with a built area of 250 m2.

The restaurant has 3 spacious rooms for a total of 65-70 customers, a large bar, four separate toilets (two for ladies and two for gentlemen), plus a wood-fired oven. On the terrace there is space for 130 guests, with a separate area for VIP or personal use. This area has a magnificent view of the Maryvilla mountain.

Also centrally located is the all-inclusive kitchen, which also has a bathroom.  Through the kitchen you reach the private living area with a large living room and two bedrooms.  On the main floor is the living room and a bedroom with bathroom, on the lower floor is the other bedroom with bathroom. The ground floor flat can also be accessed directly from the outside.

From the kitchen you have access to the terrace on the ground floor, where you will find a large basement and the private parking for one car. In the basement there is enough space for a wine cellar and/or other gastronomic products. Next to the basement there is a gas house with industrial gas bottles for the use of the central heating and kitchen.

There is also an old well in the vicinity of the garden. 

It is situated about 2 km from the centre of Calpe, 2.5 km from the beach and about 65 km from Alicante airport.
